CBDOC - DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT WITH SECURE AUTHENTICATION VIA CRYPTO-BIOMETRIC TECHNIQUES VIA HARDWARE

The objective of the CB-doc project is to organize the components of a document management system into a reliable and secure chain by incorporating hardware solutions, rather than only depending on software solutions, which can be easily compromised.

To that end a mixed platform is created, one that can be used from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection, and that applies cryptographic and biometric identification techniques using a non-clonable hardware element (the e-padlock) connected to the mobile device.

  • What you know: By using cryptographic techniques, the identity of the user accessing content is confirmed.
  • What you have: What makes the CB-doc platform different is the physical, non-clonable Epadlock device.
  • Who you are: The biometric checks complete the system by identifying the user with their fingerprint.
